Changing how people understand and work with one another.

No one exists in isolation. Families, colleagues, teams and other important relationships can become places of misunderstanding when different ways of thinking, communicating and responding are interpreted through the same set of expectations.

Here, the work moves beyond asking one person to adapt. We build greater understanding on all sides, reframe differences, strengthen communication and create shared ways of working and relating that allow trust, respect and connection to grow.

Ways we can Work Together

Families & Relationships

Support for families and other important relationships to build greater understanding, communication and connection across different ways of thinking and experiencing the world.

"We were a family trying to become a business, and a business that kept running into the family."

“When my sons Luca, Marco and Matteo and I started working with Aileen, we were a family trying to become a business, and a business that kept running into the family. We loved each other, but we didn't always know how to talk about work together: who decides, how to disagree, and how I could be a father and a partner at the same time.

Aileen gave us a way through that. She has a real gift for meeting each person where they are, and she helped each of us understand ourselves and each other better.

For me, the turning point was realizing that our relationship had moved from a kind of co-dependency to something healthier: four independent people who choose to work together. I no longer had to carry everything, and the boys no longer had to lean on me for everything. Each of them became his own person in the business, and our relationships got stronger because of it.

The other moment I'll always remember is when I noticed that their self-awareness and self-control had become second nature. What we had worked on so deliberately with Aileen was simply how they operated now, in hard conversations, under pressure, and with each other.

Today the three of them work together with a respect and trust I'm very proud of. We're building homes and communities side by side, and we're a closer family because of it.

I'd recommend Aileen to any family, and any family business, willing to do the work of growing together.”
