Neurodiversity Thought Leader, Speaker, Consultant and Coach
I help individuals, families, and organizations understand neurodivergence differently, and build environments where different minds can thrive.
How my journey began
I didn't find neurodiversity in a textbook. I found it in my own family, and I almost missed it entirely.
An error cost me my accepted spot in nursing at a top Toronto university, so I improvised: a year studying sciences elsewhere, then back to Toronto for social work. It felt right immediately. I went on to a Master's in Industrial Social Work, the only Canadian program combining social work with organizational studies.
That work changed everything. The deeper I went into understanding people inside systems, the more I recognized a system I already knew intimately: my own family. We were creative, direct, and not always tuned in to our emotions or their impact on others. My father especially was brilliant but had real gaps in understanding emotion, and for most of his life, my mother mediated between him and everyone else.
Differences felt normal to me growing up. Only later did I understand what happens when people you love encounter systems that don't understand them. Looking back, I finally saw it: we weren't unusual, we were neurodiverse. That gap has shaped my work ever since.

My Perspective
A Bigger Question
Growing up surrounded by neurodivergence, and then spending decades working in healthcare, education, families, and organizations, has shaped how I see this work. Much of the suffering associated with neurodivergence doesn't come from the person. It comes from the gap between the person and environments that were never designed with them in mind.
That's why I believe a healthier system doesn't ask people to shrink to fit it. Change shouldn't rest on the neurodivergent person alone. It belongs to the relationships and systems around them too.
The Full Spectrum Method
The Full Spectrum Method™ brings together everything I've learned about neurodivergence, professionally and personally. It works on three levels, because lasting change rarely comes from one person adapting alone.
Individuals
For you, when you want to understand how your mind works.
Groups
For the people closest to you, when you want to connect across different ways of thinking.
Systems
For organizations ready to build around real capability.
